Meet Your Instructors

Led by the SYCA Arts Division, our certified calligraphy educators guide students through Yan Zhenqing’s Duo Bao Ta Bei as the foundational model, blending historical insight with modern teaching.

Class Structure

The course unfolds in four phases:

• Phase 1: Foundation and stroke technique

• Phase 2: Character formation and structure

• Phase 3: Artistic expression and composition

• Phase 4: Practical writing and calligraphy appreciation

• Tuesday 2:30–4:00 PM (Ages 3–16)

• Tuesday 10:00–11:00 AM (Adults)
