Hu Gang
Founding Chairman & Executive Director
Founder of the Singapore International Cultural Festival (SICF). A graduate of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, he specialises in cross-cultural education and large-scale international programme development.
Rachel Liang
Executive Director
Co-founder of SYCA. Holds a degree in Marketing Management from Northumbria University, UK. She specialises in programme development, marketing strategy, and operations, with strong experience in integrating resources and managing cross-border initiatives.
Teng Dar Teng
Chairman, SICF Organising Committee
Former Singapore Ambassador with extensive experience in diplomacy and international relations. Previously served as Chief Executive of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Chen Weijun
Curriculum Research & Development
Graduate in Chinese Studies from the National University of Singapore and holds a Master’s degree from Nanyang Technological University. Experienced in mother tongue curriculum development and teacher training. Previously served in leadership roles within Singapore’s Chinese language education sector.
Victor Ng
Honorary Chairman
Senior business leader with over 35 years of management experience across sectors including green energy, education, healthcare, and tourism. He has supported multiple enterprises through investment and strategic development, and has founded several companies.
Cinderella Ge
Chairman, SICF Anhui Secretariat
Senior advisor to the Hefei Institute of Industry. Serves as an investment ambassador for Anhui Province and holds leadership roles within cultural and business associations. With over a decade of experience and strong networks across government, industry, and development platforms in China.
